नई दिल्ली. एजेंसी। इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायधीश डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (SBI) को कड़ी फटकार लगाई है। चीफ जस्टिट ऑफ इंडिया (CJI) ने बैंक से कहा कि इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड से जुड़ा सब कुछ बताना पड़ेगा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने SBI को इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड के सभी विवरणों का खुलासा करने का आदेश दिया है, जिसमें भुनाए गए बॉन्ड की अल्फान्यूमेरिक संख्या और सीरियल नंबर शामिल हो। अगर इनमें से कोई भी शामिल हैं तो उन्हें जारी करने को कहा है। साथ ही SBI चेयरमैन को हलफनामा देकर बताना होगा कि कोई चीज नहीं छिपाया है।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने SBI चेयरमैन को गुरुवार शाम 5 बजे तक एक हलफनामा दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया। हलफनामें के संबंध में कहा गया है कि SBI इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड के सभी विवरणों का खुलासा करें जो उनके अधीन हैं, इसमें कोई विवरण छिपाया नहीं जाना चाहिए। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि चुनाव आयोग SBI से जानकारी प्राप्त होने पर तुरंत अपनी वेबसाइट पर विवरण अपलोड करेगा। वहीं, एसबीआई ने कहा कि उसे बदनाम किया जा रहा है।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने SBI को लगाई फटकार
आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने चुनावी बांड से संबंधित सभी विवरणों का खुलासा न करने पर भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (SBI) को फटकार लगाई। बैंक को 21 मार्च को शाम 5 बजे तक बॉन्ड से संबंधित सभी विवरण प्रस्तुत करने को कहा है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पहले चुनावी बॉन्ड की संख्या का खुलासा नहीं करने और इस तरह अपने पिछले फैसले का पूरी तरह से पालन नहीं करने के लिए SBI की खिंचाई की। शीर्ष अदालत ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि चुनावी बॉन्ड संख्या, जो दानदाताओं को प्राप्तकर्ताओं से जोड़ती है, बैंक द्वारा खुलासा किया जाना चाहिए।
केंद्र सरकार की यह दलील भी खारिज
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को केंद्र सरकार की इस दलील को खारिज कर दिया कि इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड को रद्द करने के उसके फैसले का सोशल मीडिया पर दुरुपयोग किया जा रहा है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि उसे इस बात की चिंता नहीं है कि उसके फैसलों की व्याख्या तीसरे पक्ष द्वारा कैसे की जा रही है। जज के रूप में हम केवल कानून और संविधान के अनुसार काम करते हैं।
SBI चुनिंदा जानकारी नहीं दे सकती: CJI
चीफ जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़, जस्टिस संजीव खन्ना, बीआर गवई, जेबी पारदीवाला और मनोज मिश्रा की संवैधानिक पीठ ने इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड के यूनीक नंबर को लेकर सुनवाई की। सुनवाई के दौरान चीफ जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने एसबीआई की तरफ से पेश हुए वकील हरीश साल्वे से कहा कि हमने पूरा ब्यौरा देने को कहा था, लेकिन एसबीआई ने चुनिंदा जानकारी दी है। वह ऐसा नहीं कर सकती है। इस पर साल्वे ने कहा कि हम सारी जानकारी देने को तैयार हैं।
