छत्तीसगढ़ के नक्सल प्रभावित बस्तर में माओवादियों के खिलाफ हो रही ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई के बाद अब कबीरधाम (कवर्धा) पुलिस भी अलर्ट मोड पर है। बस्तर में फोर्स के दबाव के बाद बैकफुट पर चल रहे नक्सली अब अपना नया ठिकाना ढूंढ रहे हैं। नक्सली छत्तीसगढ़ के बॉर्डर से लगे महाराष्ट्र और मध्य प्रदेश के इलाकों में पहुंच सकते हैं। इस भनक के बाद कबीरधाम पुलिस एक्शन मोड पर है। नक्सलियों को दबोचने एसपी डॉ. अभिषेक पल्लव ने बड़ी घोषणा की है। सूचना देने वालों को 5 लाख रुपये का इनाम और पुलिस विभाग में सरकारी नौकरी दी जाएगी।
छत्तीसगढ़ का कबीरधाम जिला नक्सलियों के MMC (मध्य प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र और छत्तीसगढ़) जोन के बॉर्डर पर पड़ता है। खैरागढ़ की चुनावी सभा में गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने भी छत्तीसगढ़ से नक्सलियों के सफाए का ऐलान कर दिया है। अब इस बीच कबीरधाम पुलिस ने भी बड़ी पहल करते हुए नक्सलियों की सूचना देने वालों को 5 लाख रुपये का इनाम देने की घोषणा की है। पुलिस ने जिले के नक्सल प्रभावित बॉर्डर के गांवों में रहने वाले लगभग 35 हजार लोगों के मोबाइल (वाट्सएप) पर इससे संबंधित मैसेज भी भेजा है, जिसमें ये कहा गया है कि नक्सलियों की सूचना देने, सरेंडर करवाने और एनकांउटर में नक्सली के मारे जाने पर सूचना देने वाले को 5 लाख रुपये का इनाम तुरंत दिया जाएगा। साथ ही पुलिस विभाग में सरकारी नौकरी भी दी जाएगी। पुलिस द्वारा बॉर्डर और जंगल के अंदर बसे गांवों में पोस्टर भी चस्पा किए जा रहे हैं। ग्रामीणों को सुरक्षा देने के साथ पुलिस का साथ देने जागरूक भी किया जा रहा है।
सूचना दो और इनाम पाओ
कबीरधाम SP डॉ. अभिषेक पल्लव ने बताया कि किसी भी व्यक्ति के द्वारा नक्सलियों को पकड़वाया जाएगा या सूचना देने पर मुठभेड़ में नक्सली मारा जाएगा तो सूचनाकर्ता को कबीरधाम पुलिस की ओर से 5 लाख रुपये तुरंत नकद इनाम और पुलिस की शासकीय नौकरी दी जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले को नक्सल मुक्त बनाने लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। सूचना देने वालों का नाम गोपनीय रखा जाएगा। इस घोषणा का ग्रामीणों की तरफ से अच्छा रिस्पॉन्स भी मिल रहा है। बॉर्डर इलाकों पर कैंप खोले जा रहे हैं। बस्तर में नक्सलियों के खिलाफ हो रही कार्रवाई के बाद नक्सली नए ठिकानें खोज रहे हैं। अभी जिले में 17 इनामी नक्सली हैं, जिनकी तलाश की जा रही है।
इनामी नक्सलियों के पाम्पलेट जारी
बता दें कि कवर्धा पुलिस ने इलाके में सक्रिय नक्सलियों की सूची जारी की है। क्षेत्र में 2 लाख रुपये से लेकर 50 लाख रुपये तक के कुल 17 इनामी नक्सली हैं। पहले यहां नक्सलियों की संख्या 21 थी, लेकिन 5 नक्सलियों को पुलिस ने हाल ही में मुठभेड़ में मार गिराया है। इन इनामी नक्सलियों की सूची (पाम्पलेट) को पुलिस के जवान गांव- गांव में चस्पा भी कर रहे हैं और ग्रामीणों को नक्सलवाद खत्म करने पुलिस को सहयोग देने की बात भी कह रहे हैं।
दंतेवाड़ा में शुरू किया लोन वर्राटू
बता दें कि एसपी डॉ. अभिषेक पल्लव ने दंतेवाड़ा में पोस्टिंग के दौरान नक्सलियों को मुख्यधारा में लौटने के लिए लोन वर्राटू यानी घर वापसी आइये अभियान शुरू किया था। इस अभियान को लगातार सफलता भी मिल रही है। 3 सालों में 717 से ज्यादा नक्सलियों ने लोन वर्राटू अभियान के तहत सरेंडर किया है। इनमें कई इनमें नक्सली हैं। दंतेवाड़ा की तरह कवर्धा जिले में अब नक्सलियों के खात्मे के लिए एसपी पल्लव की यह पहल काफी चर्चा में है।
